Privacy notice

What we collect

When you sign in, we receive your name and email address, either from Google (if you choose “Continue with Google”) or from the email address you type. We never see or store your Google password.

If your branch adds you to the party’s records, we also hold your name, the units you belong to, any office you hold and, only with your consent, a photo.

What is public

Only executives who have agreed are shown publicly, with their name, title and photo. Certified election results are public. Member lists, contact details and draft results are private and visible only to authorised officers of the relevant branch.

How it is protected

Every record is protected by access rules in the database, so an officer can see and change only the branches they are responsible for. Sign-in uses one-time codes or Google, with no passwords stored on this site. Connections are encrypted.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with advertisers. It is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and DigitalOcean) only to run this site. Each party’s records are kept separate from every other party’s.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for public display, at any time. Contact mogalaxy25@gmail.com.
